How do I log in to the HRMS portal?
Visit the URL shared, enter your credentials, and user the 6-digit number from your authenticator app.
I forgot my password? How do I reset my password?
Reset your password. To reset your password, go to the Login page and click Forgot Password.
I have a new mobile handset (but mobile number is same). What should I do?
If you still have the old handset: Logon to ngHRMS, enter your credentials, use TOTP from your old phone. After logon, visit your Profile page, and click "Change My Phone handset", then scan the QR code (shown on that page) on your new mobile's Authenticator app.
If you don't have the old handset: Logon to ngHRMS, enter your credentials, choose "login via OTP", then enter the OTP that arrives. After logon, then visit your Profile page, and click "Change My Phone handset", then scan the QR code (shown on that page) on your new mobile's Authenticator app.
I have a new mobile number (on same handset). What should I do?
You must use your Aadhaar-linked phone number. First, update Aadhaar records (with UIDAI), then logon to ngHRMS (use Authenticator TOTP from your phone), then visit Profile page, and click "Change My Phone Number", then enter your new number & save.
I have a new mobile handset + new mobile number. What should I do?
If you've lost access to your mobile handset + number (e.g. phone is lost or stolen or completely destroyed), immediately & urgently report this to your Supervisor and Nodal Officer.
Even if your phone is not lost/stolen/destroyed, please report this to your Supervisor and Nodal Officer.
Follow the steps shared by your Supervisor and Nodal Officer.
Why is my application pending with the Approving Authority?
Please contact your Supervisor.

Please contact the designated Nodal Officer. If you are not sure who that is, enquire with your Supervisor.
Can I use this system on mobile?
Yes, the entire system is mobile-friendly.
